w566 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to w566. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the w566 platform, including all products, services, games, promotions, and features available at https://w566.ws. Please read these Terms carefully before you register or begin using w566 in any capacity.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To use w566 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity acting on behalf of another individual).

3 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts – whether using different names, different phone numbers, or different device identifiers – is a breach of these Terms. w566 uses technical measures to detect multiple accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering with w566 you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. This information must match the identity documents you would provide if verification were requested. Providing inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms regardless of whether verification has been formally requested.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w566 account credentials. Never share your password with anyone. w566 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances – if anyone claiming to represent w566 asks for your password, this is not a genuine w566 communication. Any activity carried out through your account while using your correct login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

• Use a strong, unique password for your w566 account
• Enable two-factor authentication (available in account settings)
• Log out of w566 on shared or public devices after each session
• Contact w566 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on w566 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w566 does not apply any currency conversion to your deposits or withdrawals – what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your w566 balance, and what you withdraw is processed in PKR to your nominated payment method.

Accepted Payment Methods

w566 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically completed within ten minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers typically process within one business day. w566 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

w566 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms will apply to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Most w566 bonuses carry a wagering requirement before the bonus amount (or winnings derived from the bonus) can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's terms before you accept the bonus. Accepting a bonus and then attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from your balance.

Bonus Abuse

w566 takes bonus abuse seriously. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and may result in the removal of bonus funds, forfeiture of winnings, or account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same new player bonus more than once
• Using a bonus primarily in low-margin bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent (also called "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring")
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion you would not otherwise be eligible for

Refer a Friend Programme

The w566 Refer a Friend programme operates under specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are credited only when the referred player completes genuine registration and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals (referring yourself through a secondary identity) are a form of fraud and will result in account closure.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on w566 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the w566 Sports Betting section.

Bet Placement

A bet is only confirmed when w566 issues a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive confirmation – for example due to a connectivity issue during the bet placement process – your bet may not have been placed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet slip in your account history before the event begins.

Odds and Errors

w566 strives to publish accurate odds at all times. In the event of a clear pricing error – for example, where odds have been incorrectly entered due to a technical fault and represent a price that has no basis in the true probability of the event – w566 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Where w566 exercises this right, stakes will be returned in full and no additional compensation will be payable.

Event Cancellations and Voids

If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play events that are abandoned after they have begun, settlement will depend on whether enough play has occurred to determine a result under the relevant sport's official rules. Specific settlement rules for cricket matches abandoned due to weather follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets at w566 are offered on a best-efforts basis. Odds on live markets can be suspended at any time during an event – for example, following a significant event like a wicket in cricket or a goal in football. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. w566 accepts no liability for any loss of potential winnings that results from a market being suspended at the moment you attempt to place a bet.

7 Casino & Game Rules

Casino games on w566, including jackpot slots, card games, and crash games such as Aviator, are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. Where you are uncertain about a game's rules, please review them before placing any wager. w566 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred due to a player misunderstanding game rules.

Provably Fair Games

Certain games on w566 – including crash games – use a provably fair algorithm. This means the game outcome is determined before the round begins using a combination of server and client seeds, and the fairness of any round can be independently verified by the player. w566 does not alter game outcomes after bets are placed and the provably fair system is the technical guarantee of this.

Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot games on w566 accumulate prizes across all participating players. Jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and subject to change between the time they are displayed and the time any given spin resolves. Jackpot wins are credited to the winning account automatically and are not subject to wagering requirements unless the jackpot was triggered using bonus funds.

Disconnections During Play

If your connection is lost during an active game round, w566's system will complete the round using the random outcome that was generated when the round began. The result will be available in your game history when you reconnect. w566 is not responsible for losses that occur during disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension & Closure

w566 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, and bonus abuse
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Use of software, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at w566 staff or other players
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Evidence that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned.

Players may also close their own w566 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the account's registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the w566 platform – including but not limited to the w566 brand name, logo, website design, game software, graphics, text, data, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of w566 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use w566 intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform for its intended gaming purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any w566 content in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of w566. Unauthorised use of w566 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Privacy & Data

w566 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and w566. By using the w566 platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

w566 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for the operation of the platform – for example, with payment processors to facilitate your transactions – and those third parties are contractually required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w566 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the w566 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities, or loss resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions to the w566 service.

In any event, the maximum liability of w566 to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the w566 platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their w566 account in the twelve months preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

13 Changes to These Terms

w566 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material – meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player – w566 will provide at least seven days' notice before the new terms take effect. Notice will be provided by email to your registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the w566 platform.

Your continued use of the w566 platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact w566 to close your account and withdraw any balance before the amended terms take effect.

Minor changes – such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision – may be made without prior notice, and the updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the change.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations under the relevant regulatory framework. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the w566 platform, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally with w566 in the first instance by contacting support.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to the dispute resolution process operated by w566's regulatory authority. The decision of the regulatory dispute resolution process is binding on both you and w566 to the extent provided by the applicable regulatory framework.
